Seyferth Blumenthal & Harris LLC (SBH) is proud to have been named to the inaugural Missouri Lawyers Media In the Lead: Women Led Law Firms list. The list recognizes law firms in Missouri that were founded or are now led by women. SBH, led by managing partner Kim Jones, was one of 19 firms recognized in the list.

While it is widely considered the norm for law firms to be led and owned by men, the majority of law school graduates nowadays are women, and it is becoming increasingly more common for women to hold leadership positions within law firms. This list in MLM was created to recognize and highlight the firms under female leadership and the women themselves.

Since 2016, Jones has led the firm as the managing partner at SBH. She is an accomplished trial lawyer in a career spanning over two decades. Her practice focuses on labor and employment law, representing companies, not-for-profits and higher education institutions in federal and state courts and before AAA and labor arbitration panels. She also counsels clients through complicated labor and employment issues, including harassment, effective supervision, and managing the absent employee.
