Andrew McLeese joined SBH in 2026, bringing with him experience in labor and employment litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as an associate attorney at a large, national law firm where he focused his practice on labor and employment matters. During this time in his legal career, Andrew has developed a strong understanding of all aspects of the litigation process, from initial research procedures through to trial.

Andrew has a proven track record of success in his career, including a notable result in securing summary judgment in a breach of contract matter, successfully dismissing a $7.2 million claim and acting as second chair in a federal jury trial involving complex multimillion-dollar contract litigation. Additionally, Andrew has experience in managing clients through prelitigation investigations and all steps of alternative dispute resolution.

Andrew is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law. During his time in law school, he was active in student organizations and activities, including serving as a staff editor on the Kansas Law Review and as a member of the Federal Bar Association, the International Law Society, Women in Law and KU Traffic Court.
