Super Lawyers chose Seyferth Blumenthal & Harris attorney Nick Seacord as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for Missouri and Kansas in 2017. Seacord has made the list four consecutive years.

The selection process for the Rising Stars list is the same as the Super Lawyers selection process with one exception. To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.

No more than 2.5 percent of attorneys are named to the Rising Stars list.

Seacord focuses his practice on employment counseling and litigation. He has handled cases at every stage of the litigation and appellate process and has experience in discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, non-compete issues, collective actions related to wage and hour claims and contract disputes.
