Best Lawyers honors SBH in 6 practice areas as part of Best Law Firms 2023 guide

Seyferth Blumenthal & Harris LLC (SBH) is pleased to announce six of the firm’s practice areas were recognized in the 2023 edition of the U.S. News – Best Lawyers Best Law Firm rankings — an increase of one practice area from the previous year.

These honors now include five total Kansas City Metropolitan Tier 1 distinctions. SBH moved up to this level in both Insurance Litigation and Labor & Employment Litigation, while maintaining spots in Employment Law – Management and Litigation, Labor Law – Management, and Commercial Litigation.

Additionally, the firm earned recognition for Legal Malpractice Law – Defendants.

The U.S. News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process, which includes input from multiple sources. To receive a ranking, a firm must have at least one attorney who is recognized in the current edition of The Best Lawyers in America for a “Best Law Firms” ranked practice area/metro area.

Practice area rankings are produced both nationally and within 186 metropolitan areas across the United States.

SBH members Paul Seyferth, Michael Blumenthal, Kimberly Jones, Charlie Harris, Jr., Bruce Moothart, Danny Ramón and Deena Jenab recently received Best Lawyers individual honors. Members Matthew Westering and Mark Haddad and associates Linda Adeniji, Nick Daugherty and Candice Johnson earned recognition in the “Ones to Watch” section.
